Breast Cancer is the most common cancer amongst women in the Philippines. According to the Philippine Statistics of Authority and the Department of Health, it shows that 3 in every 100 Filipina women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
So as we celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the theme of "United We Fight" We encourage women to have a regular breast screening or you may visit your doctor, our health care professionals have the courage to conduct breast screening.
